Bharat Oman Refineries Limited (BORL) is a Company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, a Fortune 500 Indian Navaratna Oil Company, with equity participation from Oman Oil Company, Oman, and Government of Madhya Pradesh. BORL has set up a 6 MMTPA grass-root petroleum refinery at Bina in Madhya Pradesh, India. The commercial production has commenced from May 2011. The Company has a fully developed township, including a shopping complex, DAV BORL Public School and Vivekananda Kendra BORL Hospital equipped with modern facilities. A club house with all amenities is also being set up at township.
